What is Indohotels.id?

Indohotels.id is a new and smart online hotel booking system based locally in Yogyakarta. It aims to better serve travellers to Indonesia given its strong knowledge and familiarity of the local Indonesia market and hospitality industry. It is part of the PT Indohotels Booking System that will cover the whole of Indonesia.

How to order

How to book?

Simply fill in your destination, date and duration of stay as well as your budget. Our system will automatically list down possible matching accommodations for you to choose from.

Payment method

How to pay?

We accept payments via Virtual Account (ATM/SMS Banking/internet banking/bank teller), ATM, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard).

How to Get Voucher / Proof of Purchase

How to get hotel voucher/ proof of purchase?

Upon confirmation of successful payment, we will send your hotel voucher/proof of purchase to your email.

Cancellation and Refund

How to cancel my booking or get a refund?

All bookings made on Indohotels.id are non-refundable in nature.

Amendments to bookings

How do I make amendments to my booking?

Once booking is made, no further amendments are allowed in Indohotels.id . You may wish to contact the hotel and adhere to their prevailing policies.

Discount

What is Bulk Discount?

Bulk Discount is a rebate usually offered to customers who book 10 room nights or more in one transaction.

What is Mobile Discount?

Mobile Discount is a discount automatically given for bookings made on a mobile phone.

What is Special Discount?

Special Discount is given by hotels to celebrate special occasions example Hotel Anniversary or National Day.

What is Membership Discount?

Membership Discount is a rebate offered by hotels to their regular customers.

What are Late Deals?

Late deals are discounts offered by hotels to customers booking on the same day of stay.

Reward Points

What are Reward Points?

For every Rp100 000 transaction, a customer is awarded 10 reward points. These points can be accumulated and exchanged for various merchandises featured in our website. Points must be redeemed within 1 year from the first point collected. The chosen merchandise will be sent to the address you provide us with.
